# Delete An ACL

Delete an ACL from the specified service and version.

To remove an ACL from use, the ACL must be deleted from a draft version and the version without the ACL must be activated.

**Note**: Using this action requires Engineer-level permissions or higher.

## Parameters

  | ---------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
  | ACL Name   | The name of the ACL. Must start with a letter or a number and contain only letters, numbers, underscores and whitespace. |
  | Service ID | The unique identifier of the service.                                                                                    |
  | Version ID | The unique identifier of the version.                                                                                    |
