# Update Finding Status

Update the status of a finding to either `Open`, `Closed` or `Ignored`.

## Parameters

  | Parameter         | Description                                  |
  | ----------------- | -------------------------------------------- |
  | Finding ID        | The Ermetic ID of the Finding.               |
  | Ignore Reason     | The reason the finding is ignored.           |
  | Ignore Until Date | The expiration date for the ignored finding. |
  | Message           | A message to add to the update request.      |
  | Status            | The new finding status.                      |
