# Delete Incident

Deletes an existing incident from the users organization.

`Note:` To run this action, the "Enable users to delete incidents" toggle in the [Incidents settings](https://app.datadoghq.com/incidents/settings?section=information\&type-id=b6792bfc-6967-4042-a95c-0585bbf20eb2) within Datadog must be enabled.
