# Upload File

Uploads a file of up to 5 GiB. If the request is successful, there is no response body.

## Basic Parameters

  | Parameter       | Description                                                                                                      |
  | --------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
  | File Identifier | The identifier of the file. You can create a file identifier using the `Set File Variable` action.               |
  | File Path       | The absolute path of the file.<br /><br />For example: `/Volumes/my-catalog/my-schema/my-volume/directory/file`. |
