# Delete Rule Groups

Delete rule groups entities by ID.

The following permission is required to run this action:

* `Firewall management`: **Read** and **Write**.

## Parameters

  | Audit Log Comment | Audit log comment for this action.                                                                                                                                                                 |
  | Rule Group IDs    | A comma-separated list of rule groups IDs to be deleted. You can find the rule group ID in the [Custom IOA Rule Groups page](https://falcon.us-2.crowdstrike.com/configuration/custom-ioa-groups). |
