# Update Existing Case

Update an existing case in the system.

**Note:** Users can only update one case at a time.

## Parameters

  | Case ID         | The ID of the case to update.                                     |
  | Progress Status | The status of the case to update.                                 |
  | Resolve Comment | A comment providing additional context or details about the case. |
  | Resolve Reason  | The reason for resolving the case.                                |
