# Get Group Members
Returns the users that are members of a group.
Use updated Get group API
**[Permissions](https://confluence.atlassian.com/x/_AozKw) required**:
Permission to access the Confluence site ('Can use' global permission).

## Parameters
| Parameter | Description |
| ------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Expand | A comma-separated list of properties of the user to expand. For example - `operations, personalSpace, isExternalCollaborator`. |
| ID | The ID of the group to get details on its members. |
| Limit | The maximum number of users to return per page.
Note, this may be restricted by fixed system limits. |
| Should Return Total Size | Select whether to return the total size. |
| Start | The starting index of the returned users. |
