# Delete Page

Delete a page from Confluence.

**Note:** By default, this moves the page to the space's trash. Trashed pages can be purged permanently by selecting the `Purge` parameter, provided the page is already trashed.

**Required Permission:**

* delete:page:confluence.

## Parameters

  | Parameter | Description                                                         |
  | --------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------- |
  | Draft     | Select if the page being deleted is a draft.                        |
  | ID        | The ID of the page to be deleted.                                   |
  | Purge     | Select to permanently purge the page instead of moving it to trash. |
