# Create Project

Create a new project with default preset and configuration settings.

## Parameters

  | ----------- | ------------------------------------------------------------ |
  | Is Public   | Flag indicating whether the project should be public or not. |
  | Name        | Specifies the name of the project.                           |
  | Owning Team | Specifies the team ID which owns the project.                |
