# Create Host Object

Create a new host object in the Check Point Management server.

## Parameters

  | Parameter  | Description                                                         |
  | ---------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------- |
  | IP Address | The IPv4 or IPv6 address of the host.                               |
  | Name       | The name of the host object. This must be unique within the domain. |
  | Tags       | A comma-separated list of tags to assign to the host object.        |
