# Create Folder

Creates a new empty folder within the specified parent folder.

## Basic Parameters

  | Name      | The name for the new folder.                                 |
  | Parent ID | The ID of parent folder. Use `0` for the user's root folder. |

  | Folder Upload Email Access | When this parameter is set, users can email files to the email address that is automatically created for the folder. |
  | Sync State                 | Specifies whether a folder should be synced to a user's device or not.                                               |
